It's a never ending war of attrition where *any* concession to the restriction side will be abused to the hilt against normal gun owners who violated some arcane paperwork requirement, e.g. Ruby Ridge, while actual violent criminals have charges dropped or never filed by urban DAs. It’d be pretty good writ large if it was indeed prevailing in our country, but the woke left surely is not culturally libertarian except on a small handful of issues like weed.
