This goes to some of the criticisms I made on Scott's points regarding boomers and property taxes a little while after he made this video.
1. Whites are trustworthy, reliable and hardworking so, 50 year mortgages to whites are not that much of a liability
2. The debt slavery phenomenon is less of an issue because as the prosperity once taken for granted starts to dwindle, security will matter more so whether or not people will actually have a chance to pay off that debt and move becomes more remote. It's different than what Shapiro said. It isn't so much that you'll be forced to move, it's that you won't have the economic option to leave. This will become more the reality regardless, so you might as well have a system where people are safe and secure with a reasonable amount of living space. If more money and resources are put into law and order, already safe neighborhoods are secured, while other neighborhoods are made more safe, this begins to look like a workable, humane and honest neo-fedualism, where debt obligations on a nice, comfortable home are passed from generation to generation, the children are reared to work in jobs that pay a decent wage, and those to whom the debt obligations are owed (banks, in conjunction with government/private security) ensure that neighborhoods are safe and white. While the illusion of debt free goes the way of a classless society, white debt holders will work hard and fulfill their obligations to banks/the state/those who keep the peace. Seems a much more workable system than what we have now where there is no law and order and we just keep building more cracker jack boxes for persons of enrichment.
