President Trump needs to get his act together quickly. That interview with Laura Ingraham was embarrassing. I've been on the Trump train for 10 years now, but that interview was the absolute worst shit I have seen from him ever.
All for high-level negotiations & leverage with foreign countries, but if those pieces being negotiated are H1B visas & foreign students, then it's not worth it.
It's a reminder that Trump can be awesome at times, but he's a Boomer Conservative at heart which will become more apparent as he gets older. I hope that Vance and Miller are strategically ignoring him and finding ways to keep him away from meddling in long-term projects.
I think we can all agree that the mood has shifted dramatically in our favor against H1Bs since 2019. Also, unemployment for 20ish year old Americans wasn't 9+% in 2019 (i.e. entry level jobs straight out of college)
Dude I have not heard about ISI since undergrad. This is how much these beltway institutions don’t matter. There are probably Scott Greer threads that get more traffic than these god damn bums
Jonah Goldberg "waddling"...🤣....he hasn't got the cobbles to convince anybody of anything.....I read "Liberal Fascism" years ago....what a gatekeeping load.........
It turns out that Elon's takeover of Twitter was good in the short run, bad in the long run. Yes, it brought back important voices to a major social media platform, but it also drove off the Left which is now holed up at BlueSky. So with nothing else to fire at, the Online Right is firing at itself, and certain influencers are getting crazier as talking-points that were forbidden years ago are now freely discussed. I think that's why for example Tucker has lost his marbles, as has Banania.
Meanwhile the old guard sees this explosion of forbidden talk and is horrified...they simply didn't see it years ago because the were married to the MSM and didn't notice the censorship nor did they care really. They certainly didn't go down the rabbit-holes we in the dissident right have. So they react to the Carlson-Fuentes-Yarvin axis like my Mom would...they just can't comprehend, and are repulsed. Typical house slave behavior.
Sigh! A little better than previous articles but still won't point out that the "Israel no matter what it does" people are using "antisemitism" as a bludgeon to keep people from asking if it makes sense for American policy to be "Israel no matter what it does". We ought to spend money, defend, even spend American blood to keep Israel safe but does Israel really need to grow 25% to be safer? And what about the poor Israeli reservists yanked from their home lives to be an occupying army in the West Bank? Somebody needs to explain what controlling the west bank does to justify the costs to Israel and the US. Maybe it makes ugly sense to turn the west bank into a 100 year wasteland and withdraw but does it make sense to occupy it forever?
Trump has permanently changed the political landscape. These Con Inc old guard are literally old boomers who are out of touch. The proper response to these screeds IMO is to point and laugh. “OK Boomer”
Nah the retardation is going to repel EHC, the economic populism will crater our QOL. This outweigh any increased awareness of “identity issues” (and I dont think you really need this to have more strict immigration control, the historic american nation as a political project is a deadend).
Things are going to get real wild as we approach 2028.

honestly he had an interview similar to this one with ingraham back in 2019, which shows how short peoples attention spans are

Scott is putting out bangers lately, although of course the podcast is always FANTASTIC and INCREDIBLE.
Seems to be getting more exposure in American Conservative and Chronicles too. Good times!

Didn't realize Greer let smart, rational people contribute here...
