The only thing I previously liked about Mike Lindell, is he was Tucker Carlsons one advertiser left near the end of his Fox News run. I would see 10 Mypillows ads per Tucker Carlson show.
The shiloh hendrix case reminds me of that Central Park incident. It seems like Christian Cooper intentionally scared Amy Cooper (not related) and filmed the incident in order to get her canceled and make himself famous. And it worked!
This is highly dependent on the politics of the jurisdiction because that is where the jury pool is from, and determines the politics of the local county and city prosecutors. Rochester is in Olmsted County, Minnesota. Olmsted County is +11% Democrat. Rochester city limits in the county is +22% Democrat. Minnesota is a Democrat state. This same thing happened in Coeur d'Alene in Kootenai County, Idaho. It was national news because the guy said the n-word to the University of Utah Women's Basketball team that was staying in CDA because they were playing in the NCAA tournament in Spokane, WA across the border. Kootenai County is +52% Republican (74%R vs 22%D). Idaho on a statewide level is one of the most Republican states in the country. The guy who called the Utah basketball team the n-word in Kootenai County, Idaho was not even charged.
This is what the local prosecutor in Idaho said: The prosecutor's office emphasized that they could not criminally charge someone solely based on speech protected by the First Amendment. The conduct did not constitute disturbing the peace or disorderly conduct under Idaho state statutes.
i asked a former college roommate (now a prosecutor in TX which is more murican than Idaho) and he told me this was the right verdict
this is not protected speech by MN statute (or even TX) and this really isn't a 1A case. SCOTUS might try to make it that but i doubt it. the jury read the instructions and decided based on merits vs. the law and common sense and reacted appropriately
You are a racist anti-White bigot. This is clear freedom of speech. Shiloh had a normal reaction to being robbed, and then harassed by a rapist while trying to protect her child. Yes the black Somali who videotaped the interaction is a rapist. This is clear free speech and is protected by the first amendment. So glad that Shiloh’s fundraiser is now over $1 million. So glad that she will be able to use that money to start a life far away from the savage violent criminals that you support. Blacks are 13% of the population but commit 70% of all murders and you want to give them immunity from prosecution because of their skin color while punishing Whites for 1st amendment protected speech.
In my experience blacks use racial epithets a lot more often and commonly towards other races. They feel emboldened to because, they never face consequences for it.
