Republicans were unlikely to win the Minnesota Senate race. Amy Klobuchar is a competent politician and a good fit for the state. Even a perfect Republican would have had difficulty winning.

That being said, Republicans should be focused on nominating stronger candidates. The mitt Romney clone, John Curtis, is currently leading in the Utah Senate race against Trump endorsed Trent Staggs. We want to be focusing our efforts to get good Republicans in red states and any Republican in blue states.

White people will need white adjacent non-whites in the future. But it shouldn’t come at the expense of principles. There may not be a huge number of pro law and order black people but there are some and they should be encouraged to vote Republican. This is a reason why “colorblind law” is a good thing to fight for.
