ay Dios mio! It was foretold: Woke shall perish when Forgiato Blow (MAGA face-tattooed rapper) and Bad Bunny unite and perform in unison. But from Woke’s death, a new movement will rise...

Easy decision by the NFL. Their core customer base, chud white men, will apparently tolerate any indignity just so long as they can keep watching. Meanwhile, their prospective new customers, latino men, are both more ethnonarcissistic and less attached to the sport generally. Transferring from the first group and giving to the second is basic economic logic.

No doubt they will roll out a “Latin week” fairly soon - changing all the team names to their Spanish equivalents and so on (think of the jersey sales!). Dallas Vaqueros, Green Bay Empacadores, Jacksonville Jaguares, etc

Listened to your podcast about the Bad Bunny thing yesterday. I'm kinda new to your thing, but what is the "Greerhead Pledge" and how does it relate to the NFL?

Also, I stopped watching televised sports ten years ago. I used to love baseball now I can't stand it. I know there are lots of our guys who watch pro sports - even the NBA - but I just don't see how you can separate "what happens on the field" from all the other garbage that is clearly there to make you stupid or humiliate you, depending on the viewer.

Even before I was pilled, I couldn't watch the halftime show because it was just normie crap. Bad Bunny is just Florida-Georgia Line for Hispanics - commercialized beat slop.

Good article, but as a Bad Bunny music fan (it’s not in the Greerhead Pledge) and a fan of your work, I think this should be a wake up call to America to face reality.

Politics aside, the man is really popular, thanks mostly to Latin America, and considering America will be like 80% Brown in 2035, his popularity isn’t a surprise. Numbers wise, he is universally recognizable and among the top.

As an aside, being a big Metallica fan myself, and the game being in their hometown of SF, the reality is, rock and roll is just simply dead. It’s something boomers like Eddie Trunk and sensitive young Gen X’ers don’t understand or can grasp. Nobody cares for The Smashing Pumpkins or Green Day. Unfortunately rap is the most popular genre, and not just for the magical but across all demographics. It’s why apart from a non white population, the few white kids are now more wiggerish lol.

Yes, Bad Bunny is a commie anti Ice, anti Trump POS, but in this day of Good Men Scarcity, to find a good woman, you have to get into the normie shit, which includes his music. In a perfect world, Rock would still be the defining genre, but once again, we have to come to terms with reality, demographic and musical taste changes.

The NFL has been pretty gungho on expanding their international games, specifically in Latin America. Huge focus on Brazil. Not to mention, in 28, for the Olympics, flag football is making it's debut. HUGE global push. https://sports.yahoo.com/article/nfl-takes-commitment-international-expansion-164954517.html

Isn’t the flaw in your logic that Black democrats tend to be more moderate than White ones? Famously Black voters in South Carolina picked Joe Biden in 2020, rather than any of the other Democratic candidates who were all more woke than.

They are more moderate in that they don't care about socialism and don't demand open borders. But they do demand more goodies, such as reparations, CJ reform, and BLM stuff. They're moderate in that they follow the party line more than other groups, but they will demand unpopular stuff from candidates to earn their vote. Biden won South Carolina while being very woke in 2020

Biden was not the reparations or defund the police candidate in the 2020 cycle. In the current year, Zohran Mamdani did worst with Black voters out of any racial group. Many such cases! I will grant that people whose professional advancement in liberal institutions is dependent on their racial identity hold very woke views, but that’s not most Black voters.

Biden was one of the candidates who endorsed studying reparations. Only Marianne Williamson endorsed paying them now. Biden ran on the threat of Charlottesville and racism and endorsed a lot of the BLM platform. He was just to the center economically in regards to Bernie. All the candidates tried to out-woke each other. He primarily earned the black vote due to the Obama connection.

Black voters want a candidate who puts their interests front and center. That can lead to some woke positions, excluding LGBT stuff

Don't forget the Biden-Obama connection. I'm sure that drove many black voters into Biden's arms. They wanted a third Obama term.
