The biggest thing that would fix the Black community is if they were ridiculed relentlessly for their horrible stats. 13=50 (well 60 last year), 75% no dads, and horrific unemployment rate. If it were blared all over the media with the ferocity they have of humiliating white men then blacks would be in a much better position.
