This is not going to be possible, particularly if you want to satisfy GOP´s nativism: GOP-coded latinos (Cubans) only exists because international interests (Cuba) override domestic policy (immigrants). Now all you need to do is look at Southern California and how traditionally black neighborhoods like Compton Inglewood have been completely turned into Hispanic neighborhoods and Southern California. Like most progressives, he doesn’t understand that subconsciously lumping in all non white groups as “PoC” (read: helpless minority) is actually pretty racist, and more importantly unhelpful. While some since that time have prospered due to gaming and casinos, the vast majority have not only not benefited from that revenue, but it has allowed them to become even more degraded, helpless, slovenly, and self-destructive. The last thing you want to give an addict is a bundle of cash.
