Use their crassness to your advantage. Talk about how much elites and non-whites hate whites and hate the country. You can show example after example. Whites deserve a homeland too- and it's okay to stand up to anyone opposed to that. These things are becoming more apparent by the day. We will win.

Under Trump the GOP is more right wing on white identity and immigration but more vulgar and trashier and with Trump's past its not surprising it would become so. I'd rather have this with mass deportations than respectable conservatism with amnesty for all.

Republicans are forever defensive about or explaining away the vulgarity and modest dysfunction of their base, while Democrats never feel obliged to do the same. Why? Because the D base is… black.

Political discussion comparing the parties continues to assume implicitly that the polity is basically white, but as Dems become ever more a majority-minority party, I suspect like-for-like comparisons will become less taboo.

Does Hawk Tua girl represent Barstool Conservatism Scott? That kind of apolitical outside of being anti woke??

To an extent. I don't think she's political at all, so calling her conservative anything is off the mark

Scott is too cynical. Yes redneck culture is part of our base, but so is Normal Conservative culture (e.g. Mitt Romney)

Yeah, how has Mitt conservatism been working out for the base? It’s not ideal (wish it were otherwise) but this country is crass and overstimulated. The Mitt crowd was hesitant to even embrace Trump in the first place, and their relevance to the base is really a non-factor when it comes to actually winning.

Romney-style politics has failed his Normal Conservative base. But that base is big, and it could be a powerful player if we could harness it with a more serious figure than Romney.

I’m kind of in awe that you even wrote this. It’s just a normie meme, a water cooler joke the you hear from your coworkers.

Honest, excellent analysis. Can't wait to read one on Blue state culture.

Blue state culture is much more heterogenous. You've got lib elites, various nonwhites, unions, etc. I could do one on what white lib culture is like. Sort of did one on that already with my Taylor Swift article

White Liberal culture of Seattle, Portland, and San Francisco would be interesting. If I was a person of color I would mess with them as much as possible to see when does a White liberal there ever see a person of color as wrong ever. It's as if you could do anything you want to them, and they would still blame White people.
